  • Task Details. As a Customer, you provide details about the task you want done. This includes a description of the task, the time, date, location, photos, and any special instructions. This information is needed for the Errand Runner to do the job.
  • Financial Information. To process payments, we collect financial information, which may include your credit card number, bank account details, and billing address. We use a secure third-party payment processor for these details and do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
  • Promotional Information. If you choose to take part in our newsletters, surveys, or contests, we use your data to send you communications and manage the promotion. You can always opt out of marketing messages.

B. Information Errandbee Collects Automatically

We may also share personal information if we believe someone is causing harm to users, the public, or Errandbee.
