Our Policy at a Glance
Since Errandbee is a service-based platform, our policy is a bit different from a regular store. We do not have products to “return” to us. Instead, this policy focuses on what happens when a service is not completed as planned or an item we are delivering for you is damaged. Our top priority is making sure you are happy with the service you receive.
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order at any time.
- Free Cancellation:You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel your order beforean Errand Runner has started the task.
- Charged Cancellation: If you cancel an order afteran Errand Runner has already started the task, you may be charged a cancellation fee. An Errand Runner has started the task when they have begun their travel or purchased an item for you. This covers the time and effort they have already spent.
If Errandbee cancels your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any amount you have already paid.
Refunds for Service Fees
A service fee is the money you pay Errandbee for completing your errand.
- You are eligible for a full refund of your service fee if our Errand Runner cannot complete your task for any reason.
- We will review all requests for service fee refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to be fair and reasonable in all situations.
- Any approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 30 daysfor the refund to be processed.
What to Do About Damaged or Lost Items
We take full responsibility for the safety of your items while they are in the care of our Errand Runner.
- Damaged Items: If an item is damaged while being delivered by our team, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will investigate the issue and find a solution, which may include a refund for the item’s value.
- Lost Items: In the rare case that an item is lost, please contact us right away. We will work to track the item. If we cannot find it, we will find a fair solution.
How to Return an Item to a Store
If you want to return an item you bought through our service, this is considered a new errand. Our Errand Runners can help you take the item back to the store. This task will have a new service fee based on the distance and time it takes. You will be charged for this new errand once you confirm it.
How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
To ask for a refund or report a problem, please contact our support team right away.

- Attach Photos: If the problem is about a damaged item, attach photos of the item and its packaging.
